Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products domestically using Australia Post and internationally via DHL.
International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. We do offer free International Shipping for orders over $250 to most markets.*
Australian Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $8 unless you spend $99, then shipping is free within Australia.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-15 business days depending on your location.
All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through DHL, a tracking number will be sent to you on dispatch of your goods.
*Since COVID we had to make some changes on FREE International delivery
USA, Japan, Hong Kong, NZ, Korea and some others all still sweet for free delivery over $250.
We now however don't ship to the following counties Andorra, Czechia, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, India (36 of 37 states), Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen.
Sorry the maths doesnt work although we have stores who have online trading in China and Thailand, reach out and we'l llet you know
We do ship to other markets including UK and Europe outside the no-go list
For these markets orders over $500 are free shipping (AUD)
For orders under $500 its $60 shipping
HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE
1. For all returns please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorisation number (RA)
2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return / exchange
3. Once your return / exchange has been approved you will receive a RA number
4. Complete the returns & exchange form (included in your order & will be emailed to you)

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense.
We suggest using Registered post with tracking as Critical Slide can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
We offer NO exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.
Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-10 business days within Australia, International delivery timeframes differ for each Country; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
