Late last year we were invited by our good pal, Fabio to visit his House of Somos (Surf Hotel / Bar / Restaurant) located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. A Critical Slide retail partner and bucket list destination.
From Australia, Costa Rica is the other side of the world. 4 flights (SYD-LA-EL SALVADOR-SAN JOSE-SANTA TERESA) and 36 hours later we arrive. The town maintains a rustic charm. The most practical form of transport is via ATV and despite the dust, feels like the best way to explore the jungles, surf breaks, restaurants and bars.
House of Somos is the spot to be. Good place to party, accomodation is superb, the pool space, restaurant and overall vibe is second to none.
