What payment methods can I use online?

We accept payment via PayPal, Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Afterpay* (*subject to approval).

I’ve ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

If you’ve just submitted your order and it hasn’t yet been processed, drop us an email at info@thecriticalslidesociety.com to let us know and we’ll update your order for you.

How much interest will I pay if I use Afterpay?

When using Afterpay, installments are interest-free (subject to change by provider). For a full list of terms & conditions, visit the Afterpay website.

Shipping & Returns

Can I track my shipment?

International orders can be tracked via the DHL tracking number provided after dispatch. Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.

How long will delivery take?

This largely depends on your location and the delivery provider used. However, orders typically take between 1 - 15 days to be delivered and can be tracked online.

Will I have to pay any import tax or duty?

For customers outside of Australia, import tax or customs duty may need to be paid depending on the value of your order. We ship using DDU (deliver duty unpaid) meaning you are responsible for any duty or fees associated with your order on arrival. DHL will usually make contact to notify you of any charges due before making the delivery.

Can I make a return?

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect fit, product damaged on arrival or something you didn’t order, we’ll work with you to make a return or exchange. The return process should be made within 7 days of receipt and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.

Product Care

Where can I find product care instructions?

You’ll find these on the garment tag and on the product page on the website. If you still can’t find the care instructions, drop us an email with the product name or a photo and we’ll get them across to you.

Can I place my product in a dryer?

While air-drying is definitely the best way to dry most types of clothing, the weather isn’t always on your side. Washing and drying instructions can be found on the product online, but if you’re not sure, feel free to ask us.
