Daisuke Shimura is a flower artist based in Tokyo, Japan. He's built a repuation for working with some of the biggest brands and galleries in the country and working with big name artists on collaborations and installations. Daisuke's work experiments with not just the flower, but the entire plant. Root and all!
With this particular piece, Daisuke has looked to bring both Australian and Japanese native plants together in one harmonious creation. In effect a literal representation of our relationship with Daisuke and our friends in Japan, with whom we have been working with for over 10 years.
