The people that form Critical Slide hail from different places and cultures from all around the world. However, we believe they all share the same drive and live life on the same wave length. These are the people that make up our society on a local scale and help make this brand what it is today.
Name – Gabriel Gwynne (Gabe)
Age - 26
Location – Bondi
Coffee is an art form that has been perfected for decades, different blends, kinds of milk, temperatures and so on and so forth. Gabe is no exception in helping perfect that art form. Creating a tasteful blend day in day out is something Gabe takes great pride in and something we praise him for on the regular. Don’t take our word for it, drop into the store and cop a blend.

If you were to relate yourself to any actor/actress from any movie who would it be?
The Dude from the Big Lebowski. You might think that a bit of a claim but that's just like your opinion man.
When you're not working the store you are usually doing what?
Out catching kingfish in my tinny, jamming the blues or on the hunt for a few sliders.
Where are you from originally and what bought you to Bondi?
I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil but grew up in Coogee. What brought me to Bondi? Probably the TCSS vibes and abundance of babes.
What is your favourite wave and why?
As of two days ago, A cheeky hidden right-hander somewhere between Crescent head and Port mac.
If you had to program a playlist for your 50th birthday, what would be your top 10 songs?
Probably just whack an Elvis CD in there and let her rip ya know.

Age - 23
Location – Bondi
Being born into a family that praises skateboarding and surfing could be rare these days. Not for Khan, his family supports it so much that in fact, their family business is the prolific skate park building firm ‘Convic’. If Khan isn’t chasing waves, you can find him at Bondi Bowl, running a clinic for the tourist's eye.

When your not working the store you are usually doing what?
Skating, surfing, exploring, attempting to study, slowly deafening my neighbours strumming away on the guitar.
Where are you from originally and what bought you to Bondi?
Originally from Margaret River WA, Bondi just seemed like it was a fun place to live if I was going to live in the city might as well be near some waves and a Skate Park where there is a lot going on.
What is your favourite wave and why?
North Bondi.... Gas Bay - it’s a naughty wave that keeps on giving .

Hailing from Lennox Head originally, Mackie Walker shut up shop and headed for the big smoke in pursuit of a creative career. If Mackie isn’t drawing or painting, he usually has a video camera in hand shooting those around him, Mackie is well on his way to perfecting the art of documenting what is around him in all forms.

Where are you from originally and what bought you to Bondi?
Lennox head, came to Bondi around 5 years ago to try and progress my creative career and give the city a go, met some friends I’ll most likely have for my whole life, love the vibe and the fact that I can get food after 9pm.
What is your favourite wave and why?
Turners, Bvb, Mwas, Ewall, nothing like a slingshot left wedge into a frothy ramp.
