When we kicked of this thing back in 2009 it started as a blog. The aim of the blog was to bring together people and ideas into one place, sharing surf imagery and the lifestyle that surrounded it (hence the Society part of the name). Ryan Tatar was one of the guys that heavily inspired and influenced that blog and the shape it took. We've been email pals since way back then and on occasion get the opportunity to catch up in the flesh. Yesterday he dropped an email with collection of his most recent snaps, most of which shot on 35mm, his grain of choice. He graciously provided us with a few of our favourites to post. See below. Thanks again Ryan.
